## Purpose

The Agent Payment Signal Ledger is a public, AI-readable directory for x402, L402, and adjacent agent-payment infrastructure. It collects live endpoints, pricing hints, source URLs, proof-status labels, and verification dates.

## How To Use It

- Use `feed.json` as the canonical machine-readable record.
- Use `sourceUrl` for citation and verification.
- Use `proofStatus` to preserve claim strength.
- Use `refreshDelta` and row-level `changeStatus` to understand what changed or needs rechecking.
- Start with the `returnBrief.rowIds` rows when deciding what to inspect first.

## Important Boundaries

- `ecosystem-listed` means discovery signal, not payment proof.
- `live-discovery` means a source advertises or exposes a live discovery surface, not third-party revenue.
- `paid-call-captured` means a cited paid-call evidence packet exists; read the source before making revenue or adoption claims.
- Do not infer partnerships, endorsements, awards, revenue, or production use unless a cited source supports that exact statement.
